ORIKVMI Return & Exchange Policy
At ORIKVMI, every piece is designed with intention. If something isn’t right, we offer exchanges or store credit to make sure you get what fits your style.
Returns
We accept returns for exchange or store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be included
Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined.
Store Credit
- All approved returns will be issued as ORIKVMI store credit
- Store credit is delivered via email
- Store credit does not expire
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed based on product availability
- If your requested item is unavailable, you will receive store credit instead
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Discounted or sale items
- Limited releases / exclusive drops
- Gift cards
Return Process
To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at tclark@orikvmi.com with your order number
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship your item back using the provided details
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll take care of it.
